Thoughts on prvi brass...

What are guys thoughts on this brass?

Have seen some around but have never used it.

I've reloaded some in 6.5 * 55 mm with no problems....

It's great quality brass never had issues with reloading it. 7 reloads in with my .303

I'm fine with it, can load it 3 or 4 times in .222rem and then will start to see splits in neck or shoulder.

I use prvi brass for 243, 6.5x55, and 7.5x55 and have been very satisfied and would recommend prvi brass no problem. Unlike with other brass types, when new, I have noticed that I very rarely have any problems with overly tight primer pockets with prvi brass.

It's a bit on the hard side, so you need to watch your annealing, likely anneal earlier than you would for other casings.

Apart from that, it's dandy stuff.

Besides, who ELSE these days is making 8x50R Lebel, 6,5x52 Carcano and 6,5 Arisaka?

That's all my hunting partner will use in his 7X57, he swears by it....
I have had no experience with their brass, but I do like their bullets.

I get 303 British stretched out to make 40-70 out of it and it is one of the best. It comes in at better than spec thickness when done stretching.

I bought some for my 7mm 08 as the price was right and I wanted to break it in and then have brass for reloading. It turns out the factory rounds shot extremely well in my rifle and so far I'm on my 3-4th reloads and all is going well. I have no complaints

My first purchase (100 x 300 WM) contained a high number of malformed (thin) belts. For the price, I've used them as after 1 x F 300 WM headspace on the shoulder anyway. For me though, my first batch of Privi was my last batch.

Maybe the reason it takes a lot of force to resize my 7.5x55 brass or possibly just more force needed to size the cartridge in general compared to others? I'm finding the Prvi brass superior to others I've used in 7.62x39. So good results for me so far.
