tac 30 with pepr mount and fastfire 2 - $599
mtac with pepr mount and fastfire 2 $695
irunguns
mtac with pepr mount and fastfire 2 - $615 + shipping i dont hink they have their $100 import fee. may work out cheaper, but may get a brokerage fee, border taxes and work out to the same price.
when i was looking into it, since i already had the mount i was going to get the mtac by itself and the fastfire 3 because ive looked through the fastfire 2 and didnt like the auto light adjusting red dot.. it was hard to see indoors. the fastfire 3 has a option so you can control the red dot brightness yourself...nice feature.
ill actually be trying out the fastfire 2 on thursday indoors and outdoors (but on a race glock) so i can let you know how it does with actual use thurs evening if you woud like.
also, between the mtac and the tac 30, with my research they came out to be almost identical with the exception of the on off and brightness settings. once again, the more expencive one (mtac) switched to a dile so you can click o your brightness settings and see where you are... witht he tac 30 you have to push a button wait for ti to hit full brightness then work your way back down.
my leupold vx-r 1.25-4 is a push button.. i would rather a dial but its not a big deal.
