Thoughts on the Deagle, purchasing, use, do you own one?

i have a mark 1 44 first ones made, bought it when they first came out. feeding issues were limp wristers, and mine was sensitive to brass length once a figured the brass out it runs pretty well flawless. accuracy wise it will out shot my 500 and my 29 all day

"Magnum research L5 - has the same lines as classic Desert Eagles, but it’s lighter and more enjoyable to shoot thanks to a new aluminum frame."

i dont know bout you guys..

But me i never did struggled with the weight/size of this gun, it was always accurate and almost 100% reliable for me.

shoot 600 rounds(might not be much) but on these 600 i had like 4-5 jams, most of em occured in some other shooters hands which didnt paid to much attention to the limp wrist, and me once or twice accidently touching the slide release with the recoil.

Last time i shot my own reloads.

23.8 of h110 behind 240 gr campro plated bullets. 100% cycling no issues.

I think they are good guns and dont have reliability issues if you treat em well.

I would encourage anyone that wants one to get one.

If they know :

Yes it is big
ammo cost/gun cost
no limp wrist
reload is recommanded
