Thoughts on the new Sako 90 Product Line? Announced Today.

Any updates to the new Sako 90 line? I know they were hinting at larger big bore offerings above the 375 at launch but I haven't heard anything since.

Check website out, the Hunter and Hunter stainless show 338 wm and 375 h&h, I thought that would perk you up. I didn’t check the Bavarian or varmint so you can check on those, read those bavarians kick hard due to stock design for irons. Some of the other models show a bunch more cartridges now too including the 8x and 9.3 pretty sure I saw.

As far as I know those chamberings were all available from day one, everything up to 375HH was showing on their website at launch.

I considered getting a Sako 90 Hunter in 338WM but it cost about about $1000 more than my Ruger and had the longer barrel option which I didn't want.

Oh, didn’t know supply chain hadn’t caught up, I guess it’s still early and bigger markets need to be looked after first? But hey, if one is good then two is better. You should have a back up imo, give the sako a try when they come around. You chose wisely with Ruger imo, looks like you can’t go wrong with either. I want ruger Hawkeye Hunter too, the itch is still there. ;)

I'm seeing a bunch in stock now, what caliber you looking for?
