ill have a 15" barrel to start but lan on a 12.5" since from the pics ive seen this rail comes right to the end of the barrel.
Now my question is;is this set up worth the money? My plan was to just get the rail and adapter and use a magpul for the stock and grip, would this work??
Any thoughts on this before I start bugging the wife to let me spend more money lol

I know of about 30 people that have done this.
I have allso built 17 guns like this for customers.
Inc a custom job on a 8.5 inch gun.
The adaptors are being machined this monday.
Soon as they are finished. We can anodize and start shipping out all the dealer and retail back orders.
Check our website for a list of dealers if you want to see one in person.
As stated above, they should be out to dealers shortly.

I've owned over 50 870s and clones. I personally don't like the ar stocks on them.

That said, I have bought things from Simon at s&j hard wear and they are great to deal with... So if it's what your after I would go though these guys.

I must say this batch is the best we have done, the anodizing (milspec typeIII) came out perfect. I'm so happy I think I did the happy dance when we got them back from the finisher.
We allso made the barrel to rail clamp 10% thicker.
Not that it had any channce of cracking but we did have 2 customers manage too crack one side of the clamp.
We allso went to a simpler system of bolting the rail to the adaptor. With a larger longer #10 bolt.

my grizzly is all ####ed up but if it ever gets fixed ill be ordering this set up or possibly just the leo and a milspec buffer tube, just trying to decide if I want to go with just basic ghost rings or use my spare set of BUIS from the ar

Is it easy or necessary to stake the castle nut on these adapters? How well does the buffertube secure to the adapter without being able to be twisted loose?

The adaptor has 3 perfect spots where to stake the castle nut to the adaptor.
It I'd needed.
For myself I use loc-tite on the threads then stake,a little overkill but that's just me.
