Thoughts on the Winchester Defender

I'm looking at buying a Defender mostly for fun and was wondering what people think of them. I've read the reviews on Wholesale Sports website but was hoping some here might actually have one. Any suggestions for short barrel shotguns are defiantly welcome as well.

Bottom feed and eject.

Thanks for the suggestion. Stevens 350 seems to be a popular shotgun. I'll defiantly keep that at the top of my list.

Defender: plastic mag lips, somewhat of a mushy action (rotary bolt)
Stevens: ALL STEEL Ithaca copy. Little heavy.
NO BRAINER.
