Thoughts on VISM scopes

I found VISM scopes for sale on a sponsors site and was thinking of getting one. For the price I do not expect NF quality but does anyone have experience with these. Glass quality, parallax, tracking ect....

A guy in my club tested one and it broke on the first range visit.

Also the turrets claimed 1 click was 1/8th minute and there were only 6 clicks between each number on the turret.

At $200 you really need to look for a bushnell elite tactical 10x40 fixed.
