Thousands of tuktu ...

Well apparently there are thousands of tuktu(caribou) up the road as of yesterday ... I'm going to take a look and shooooost some with my buddy Supa Taav(CGNer) as he is going to shoot his 1st one with me ... now guess what calibre we're gonna use???

Otokiak, what was the word on that plane crash? Heard it was an American Super Commander, hope there wasn't any loss of life, but if it went off the end of your runway, it would be a rough ride!

Well I didn't get a chance to go hunting as we had an emergency at work and everybody is ok. I was going to bring out my .223 SigArms and let my girlfriend Silu's baby sister Oolie who's 15 to shoot her 1st tuktu and my buddy Supa Taav shoot one with my M1 Garand 30-06 but that didn't happen as yesterday was a busy day. I'll definately remember my 39th b-day ...

Looks like my buddy Supa Taav is going to get a chance after all ... thousands again near town ... approx 10-14 km's up the road ... going hunting for tuktu after work ... should be a good time to relieve some stress as 5 days dealing with this plane crash has been no fun ...

Good luck Otokiak. The tuktu in your neighbourhood are a bit more skittish than north of Yellowknife.
