thread size on Dillon Roller Handle?

I'm thinking of fitting a Dillon Roller Handle to a non-Dillon press - anyone have certain knowledge of the thread on the Dillon part where it goes into the press? As in maybe 5/8-18?

I was thinking the same thing! Hopefully one of the many Dillon owners here will help us out.

On the 550B, at least, the threads don't thread into the press cam, the handle just slides into a stepped hole, then a Nylock-style nut is threaded onto the threads to lock it at the angle you want it. HTH.

I think I have an old Dillon Ball handle hanging around (I have the AL Roller one now) that I could spare if I can find it for you to experiment with.

im not sure of the dillon......but i i thought my rcbs was a 5/8-18....
ended up being a 9/16-18
