Threaded muzzle caps...?

My Sig does it too. Hasn't fallen off yet, but it gets loose.

I might snag a bit of the wife's clear nail polish and throw a dab on there next time I head out to the range. I would imagine that would keep it a little snug, but also be easy to thread off by hand still.
 
On my PPQ Navy, I just tighten it every few magazines. I take it apart too much to want to create, even a semi permanent solution. Slightly annoying, but tolerable
 
The one I bought online to replace the plastic one that comes with my Glock 19 threaded barrel has a rubber O-ring in it, it does not come off on its own
 
Use a piece of 2lb mono filament fishing line or a piece of dental floss to help hold the cap on if you don't want to use lock tite or nail polish

This also works for screws, nuts and bolts that keep coming undone/loose
