Three crates of Norc 5.56 just popped up on EE in last 30 min, what gives?

I’ve been shooting Norc 5.56 for a while now, and I never had any trouble, but I remember a few months back, there was some controversy as to whether this ammo sucked or not.

I missed out on the recent Canada Ammo deal (buy 4 crates for the price of 3) so is this recent activity on EE (5.56 crates from three different sellers in three different cities) the result of people trying to make a buck off the CanAm deal, or is there a problem with the ammo?

The ammo is flawless, the profit bug is at cause here and i have no problem with that... JP.

In my LOT#02 i've only shot about 200 rounds and have had 2 case failures (brass holes/splits.) Check www.bachelortips.net for the pics of the failures.

I think most have had good results with the ammo. Only one EE ad is selling at the buy 3 get one free sale price ($1000 or so for 4 crates), so the other EE prices are above the sale pricing.

After several disappointments during CQB matches last season I have stopped using the Norinco 5.56 other than for plinking and practice.

I found it to be dirty, snappy and prone to spitting out primers in a rifle that runs flawlessly on Q3131 and other 55 grain ammunition.

Probably profiteering. It's great in my AR for 100m or less. My shooting partners AR hates it. We did a side-by-side shoot yesterday... My PSA 1inch groups at 50m from the bench, his Stag was 4 inches! We even swapped rifles to make sure it wasn't just the shooter.

Both our rifles shot PMC or Federal Black box the best. Wolf 62 and 55 grain were GARBAGE from both.

People are getting their shipments from buying 3 cases and getting 1 free, so now they are making money off that free case to put towards the overall cost of the three they paid for...



....unless it's the same person, then they're just trying to get what they paid for the three and keep the free one...
