Three WWII pistols that I will hold on to for now----with their holsters

I have not fired any of these pistols----and I probably never will.

The Luger was given to me on June 2 2001 by the vet that brought it back.

I bought the Colt rig on March 27 2004 from the son of the vet that brought it back.

When I bought the Colt it was not registered. Following an effort to get it registered I received the registration certificate on June 14 2004.

I bought the P.38 at Gun-Mart in Brockville Ontario on August 2 2003.

The Luger was registered when it was given to me.

Nice guns. I know a guy who purchased a Luger from a vet. The old guy told the buyer, " You are the third owner, the first one didn't need it no more." Those are the kind of war trophies I want to buy.

I knew the vet very well---he was my first boss and a family friend.
His daughter helped my do the research regarding his military service.
