I just have to write and tell everyone what a fantastic first purchase experience I just had with True North Arms.
Zach answered my EE plea with a few different options that he could provide for me.
He even answered my followup email after midnight (his time) once.
Could not have been more helpful if he tried.
Prices are very fair with the cheapest shipping I have seen.

I specifically LOVE the website where description of items include:
-what tools are required and
-the degree of difficulty involved in adding or replacing the part.

It really comes through that Zach cares about each order and wants his business to be the best out there.
I absolutely love his business model.
True North Arms will be the first place I check for purchases now.

I will agree. I sent him a message asking some newbie AR upgrade questions and he responded with a very detailed answer, "how to" instructions etc. His website is excellent, easy to find items, great descriptions etc. I am just waiting on the arrival of a new toy, then it is upgrade time with parts from his company.
