Thumbhole stocks

I'm thinking of getting a savage mark ii with the thumbhole stock.

The savage stock felt good, but I was wondering if I should consider an aftermarket stock instead.

Can anyone recommend a Canadian supplier for aftermarket stocks?

I'd be interested as well if someone makes an aftermarket stock for the Mark II (in my case "G"). I like the plain stock of mine, it's really comfortable but I've heard not so nice things about the quality of the "wood".
