Just wanted to let CGN know that, despite some things I've read here on the forums, Burris really impressed me with their customer service on my warranty work. I sent them a 1st Generation Laserscope and when they couldn't fix it, they opted to send me a brand new 2nd Generation at no cost. The only downside is that it took 3 months, 4 emails and 1 phone call to get it back but the fact that I'm getting a next gen new scope (even if it's a factory refurb) when they couldn't repair my scope was a lot more than I expected.
