Just wanted to let CGN know that, despite some things I've read here on the forums, Burris really impressed me with their customer service on my warranty work. I sent them a 1st Generation Laserscope and when they couldn't fix it, they opted to send me a brand new 2nd Generation at no cost. The only downside is that it took 3 months, 4 emails and 1 phone call to get it back but the fact that I'm getting a next gen new scope (even if it's a factory refurb) when they couldn't repair my scope was a lot more than I expected.

Just my experience, haters may now flame away.
 
That is good you got a refurbished scope, but not really good service. The scope was gunny sack when you sent it. Why should it take that much effort on your part, and three months to be resolved?

Korth sent me a new set of Leupold Wind River binoculars in ten days after one phone call!
