Just wanted to share my experience with RCBS...

I recently purchased a RCBS power trimmer. When i opened it I found it to be broken -the screws that hold the motor to the guide bushings where all stripped out.

Phoned RCBS and told them the issue. No questions asked, no proof wanted.

"No problem", they said, "sorry for the inconvenience. We'll get those parts to you right away."

Delivered to my door to today 10 days later; 4 new bushings AND all new springs and relative c-clips (both items of which, I stated to them, did not need replacing. Not a nickel out of my pocket, just a 5 minute phone call.

This is exactly why i purchase RCBS i heard their customer service is next to none. It makes it a much better product when they have such a great customer service behind them.

RCBS are very good to deal with . My digital scale stopped working a few years back . They told me to send it to them for repair and in a few weeks I actually received a new one in place of it. To my surprise a week later they sent my old scale back to me fixed and working fine till this day .
