Gold Bond powder. Eases the chaffing.

Purex pillowy soft, is the preferred wadding.

No indoor plumbing at your house either?

Cleaning out the thunder mug is a chore best avoided! Good to have around the "Primitive" campsite, for authenticity sake, though.
