Thureon Defense Update. JULY 21

Dangertree,

I communicated with TD a couple months ago, and they stated they had no immediate plans to distribute or release the 45ACP version to Canada. I was holding out for that one particularly...have things changed since late July? I am trying to scrape up the emaiil that I received but may be on my home pc.

Not sure who answered the Q at Thureon, but we have had these on order for a LOT longer than a couple of months. We were told last week that the .45ACP will be in Canada before the end of this month. We are about to open the pre-order queue.

Strange, as a retailer in Ontario sent me this (deleted name) as well, on July 27th .....

"**** just informed me that they may not be sending any 45 to Canada.
The US may not allow it. Calls **** for more info."

Anyway, happy to hear this is on!!!.......I was going to grab a 9mm, but this is not at all what I originally wanted.
 
Was the **** someone from Arms East?
"Call ****" does this mean call Arms East?
Did your retailer call the CDN Distributor for Thureon Defense? Did you yourself?
I'm a little confused here?

This did not come from you. The email I received from you said you had no eta and wouldn't for awhile. This came from a retailer in Ontario, whom said "they spoke with TD".

I emailed TD (and to be honest, not from my work email and I could not find it last night) where the answer was not positive....I cannot tell you whom it was as my memory is not that good and apparently my email retainment and organization is less so...:redface:

Don't belabour this.....I was just confused with what info I was given.....good to know they are coming as I assume you have the direct pipeline and info from them.

I also sent you an email this morning from my work address.......

More TD, Glock mag, Non-restricted in 9mm and 45ACP now scheduled to go out first week of October.

Can you PM me your email address? I will copy you in my reply to the dealer I originally inquired, and you can see in the past text their reply that it was not going to be available.....I am hoping I am still on the top of their list.

First week of Oct? That's like week after next. Where do i sign where do i sign? :)
 
Do you offer any barrel threading service for the 45acp model?
What thread/pitch size is suggested?
Any particular magazines that will be offered by AE for the Glock compatible Theruon in 45acp?

.45 is available in Canada...but not with you ??

What versions will you have?

Still have the railed handguard? 6-pos, stock?

This is one Item I want to buy (The .45). Sooner than later. Was going to get a KRISS V. This is a better option since it has finally arrived.
