Tick Mitigation - What do you do?

I just received my Ebay order from the US of
2 Pack - Sawyer Premium Clothing Insect Repellent Odorless Spray 24 oz.
Cost a bit but the whole tick thing is eating at me(pun intended).

It's a shame you can't just spray it on your clothes as you are wearing them. In my case I don't have dedicated range clothes as going out to the range is not as common for me as I would like. It's a spur of the moment thing. Being a big guy not being able to wear shorts in 30 degree weather is a killer too.

Go to a farm supply place like Earlies Farm and Garden. If you have a land location you can buy 25% permitherin in 1 gallon jugs to mix and spray. $100

I tried to get that but then I thought consumer (royal screwing...like roundup at CT vs ag grade.) Hmmm. What do the big boys use? Pounce. 1 gallon of concentrate intended for pasture spraying... $100 no taxes if you have a land location.
