Tikka 1X/MTR question

Looking around websites and stores and I notice that some websites/stores states TIKKA 1X or TIKKA 1X MTR. Is there a difference? Or is it the same thing?

Tikka may have begun referring to the original T1X as the MTR to distinguish it from the new UPR model. The MTR is the original T1X, the UPR has a different stock.

Wasn’t the original always the mtr, the introduction of new models will make them differentiate

It either refers to " Multi Task Rifle", or "Muzzle Threaded Rifle", depending on who you ask on what day.

If the price is very similar, it is one and the same, the basic T1x.

I believe the long range version is considerably more expensive.
