Not sure if they are compatable but I did not have good luck with the mountain tactical rails. I would not do it again, they are expensive and the first one I received came in with a bow in it and the the recoil tab did not allow the screw holes to align, the second one they sent me had a slight bow in it (I’m running a Spuhr ISMS and not worried about the slight bow) and I had to file down the recoil tab to get the screws to align. I put them on a CTR.
 
Get a 20 moa unimount as there isnt anything like that out there. My buddy got a badger one and I went with a sphur. A Near Alphamount is also worth considering.
 
I have the Tac A1; You can get 20 moa rings to offset the scope. Or what I did was add a bit of rubber tape to the the back tactical ring which put enough of a cant to the scope that I can zero at 100-200yards. Otherwise I didn't have enough turns on my scope (Monarch 5 6x25).
