Tikka .22 bolt action?

My father in law had sitting in his vault a very nice tikka .22, its bolt action, clip fed, and I wasn't able to make out the model number.

I can't find anything on google about them really?

Can anyone tell me what it might be?
It SEEMS to be a very nice rifle, slightly larger than a .22 would normally be perhaps?

It might be a Finnfire Range or Finnfire Scout. No longer in production.

Actually its not a tikka, I am retarded, it has this symbol on it, so it must be a TOZ?
