I was wondering if anyone has tried 95 gr bergers out of a tikka? Berger say's 1 in 9 twist and these guns have a 10 twist so will they stabilize?

You'll have to try them unless someone else here has. I know my 1-10 twist tikka will not stabilize 90 grain nosler e-tips though my remington shoots them fine

Berger 90 gr Match BT Target is designed for 1-10" barrels

I was wondering if anyone has tried 95 gr bergers out of a tikka? Berger say's 1 in 9 twist and these guns have a 10 twist so will they stabilize?

Answer:
No, Berger designed the 6mm 90 gr Match BT Target bullet specifically for 1-10" barrel twist rifle which can't use 6mm 95gr Match VLD Target bullet.
More specifically, not under normal condition (sea level 59F temperature) but yes in the middle of summer up in the mountains (5000ft elevation 95F temperature)!
You're question is a classic and is discussed in detail by Brian Listz (Berger chief ballistician) in his book "Applied Ballistics for long range shooters". http://www.appliedballisticsllc.com/Book.htm

You can use JBM Ballistic stability calculator the confirm this

Advice:

Look up the recommended barrel twist from Berger's website and follow their advice!
I've spend hundred of dollars doing many experiments with various 6mm target bullets in many different 243 Win rifles, most of which were "non-successes" ;)
