Tikka 595

This .308 has been around the block, and I'm sure a few CGN'ers will recognize it.

I picked it up a couple weeks ago in the EE, added one of Flick's shrouds and loaded up some 165sst's and my go-to load of 44gr IMR4895, and this is the result. After a sighter, I dialed and fired 6 shots. Very pleased.

I believe it is the factory barrel, turned to a featherweight profile, but not 100% as there is no markings on it now, other than .308 win.

Yes, it averages 2775 fps. I have always found IMR 4895 gives me good accuracy and velocity in my .308's.

I have the same model in .308 Win but blued/synthetic. Regular barrel profile.

Tikka made a good rifle in the 595/695 series.
