Tikka 6.5 creedmoor

Appears to be a less popular option in the Lite models in Canada, but I imagine any Tikka authorized dealer
could order it in for you if you wanted and it's actually avail here. I only see it listed in US.

Why not just re barrel a used rifle with a match grade barrel...

Likely cost more in the end going that route unless you already have a good action and stock to your liking. I’ll bet the T3x in 6.5CM will be pretty darn accurate right out of the box with handloads. If you have a T3 stainless already that you are tired of, then for sure that would be good option. I would just buy a new one.....would like 6.5CM in Superlite myself.

That's the way I was thinking, I dont have anything I could use for a donor.

Hi I was wondering if there is anywhere in Canada to buy the 6.5 creedmoor in the t3 lite. Thanks

The Canadian tikka importer told me last spring that they had no plans to bring any tikkas in the 6.5 cal's
Bashaw ordered one special for me.
As expected it took just under 5 months, but it came.

Mine is a T3x varmint in 260 rem.

Interesting. What would be your suggestions for good donor rifles? In terms of action length, bolt face, etc.

Why not a tikka?

Recently got the bolt coated and fluted as well.

the Creedmoor has been added to the t3X Lite offerings for 2018. Some may be floating around Canada already in the blued/synthetic model

good or bad, 260rem is dying.....no ammo to be found.....one if you are lucky .....and on the same shelf there are plenty of 6.5 creedmoor....that is what I find out in my local stores...

Ive been a 260 fan since 2003 when I got my first. Have owned about 9 of them over the years. The 6.5 Creedmoor is the better choice from the standpoint of rifle offerings, brass & ammo supply. Ballistic twins
