Not exactly sure what you mean? The recoil pads are quite small. Most people I see (myself included) upgrade to a limb saver or similar in order to deal with the harder rubber factory pads.
The compacts come with a spacer, and adjustable lop, that may make it shorter for you? Maybe a trade on the ee for a compact stock?
Some sheep guys have a brand I hear (but can't remember) that offers a tiny pad meant for weight reduction.
