Tikka chassis replacement

Manners, McMillan, bell&carlson, AG composites are options for carbon and synthetics, If you're after an actual chassis then MDT and Cadex are both excellent options and are Canadian made

What's wrong with the original stock for hunting?

FWIW if it is wood and you want synthetic you can get a fairly cheap T3x Varmint takeoff stock. PM me if you think you might want to go that route.

I was wondering what a chassis was? then I saw you were inquiring about stocks. I replaced the "chassis" on my T3 with a Boyd's stock. Very happy with it.

A chassis and a stock are similar but different. A chassis is a “frame” usually made out of aluminum and accepts an AR style butt stock and grip making it more modular.

I have both the KRG Bravo and the GRS Hybrid.

If it was for hunting in cold/wet conditions, I would choose the KRG Bravo for stability.

If you are Varminting, I LIKE THE GRS.

So both Tikkas are build thusly: Hunter is in a KRG Bravo, Varminter is in the GRS
