Just finished putting together my CRT, as I am waiting on funds for a scope I thought I would try it out with some factory ammo

It did pretty good! I can't wait to get some load development done and get a proper scope on it, I shot the groups with an old Leopold 3-9. http://s44.photobucket.com/user/Camouman/media/IMG_0574_zpsprlfp6a9.jpg.html?o=2
It is a 6.5 Creedmoor 24", I bedded it into a Manners T4, got a enlarged recoil lug made and slapped a Heathen break on it.
Thinking an IOR or a S&B to put on it....

You have to use a photo hosting site to upload photos here. You can't link direct to your hard drive.

I wanna see these pictures. Heard to many issues with IOR to recommend them. Lots of good scopes out there if you do some looking

For anyone having issues viewing, here's the OP's target:

A little off topic but did you consider the Bergara HMR when you bought the CTR? They use AICS mags and the stock is a bit more adjustable and solid.

I am considering getting another 6.5 Creedmoor that is a bit lighter than my match rifle. I am looking at the CTR, Bergara, and maybe the Remington 700 Magpul. I like the CTR except for those mags. Too much money!

Shot a 1.5 inch 5 shot group with my 6.5 t3x ctr 24" at 200yards using factory loaded Hornaday ELDM's 1st time out. Though I was a bit unsteady shooting off an open bag of rolled oats. Interested to see what I can do with the cheapo lee 4 die set that just came in the mail. Do the mdt mags allow same COAL as factory?

It shoots!
Are those manners stocks easy to get for the Tikka? I kind of followed the Savage path but Tikkas are getting more and more interesting.
Everytime I have worked the bolt on a Tikka it makes me laugh comparing it to my Savage bolt function. Tikkas are smooth.

I have pretty much the same rifle except in a Mcmillan stock but yes, amazing shooter! Congrats on your Tikka and your groupings!
