Well after nearly 10 years of great service this tikka got fitted with some new equipment. The rifle has always shot very well but the stock was never that great and the matte fishish was wearing in spots so I fixed it up a bit. Ended up with a bell and Carlson stock and all metal (excluding the bolt) was powder coated. It used to wear a Leupold vxIi 3-9 x50. I always wanted a little more magnification for this gun so traded the Leupold and got the vortex viper 4-16 x 44 HS LR. Work was done at corlanes in Dawson and I am pretty happy with the final outcome and they were a great business to deal with. Hit the range today and she is still a great shooter!
