tikka guns now stoeger

i realy like the old tikka shotguns my dad has one and he aint selling it
i did a little research and it seems stoeger bought the licence for tikka overunder guns my question is stoeger making these guns under a new name?

Stoeger is the Canadian distributor - Beretta is the owner. They are still made in Finland under the same name.
