Tikka Hunter stock value?

You are talking about just the "stock" correct - if so, I personally would not pay more than the cost of getting a stock made by Boyds and then would be looking for a discount because this is a "used" stock - it came off something.
(below is the perspective from someone who sells firearms/accessories etc)
A basic Boyds is 99 bucks plus shipping in USD and yes, that's not an OEM stock, but with a Boyds I have "options" available, the factory stock is a take it or leave it - so what? 200'ish Canadian - because of that I wouldn't give you more than 100 bucks for the OEM stock and ONLY IF I needed one and had something to use it for.
The potential market for Tikka stock is probably somewhat smaller than it would be for a 700 Rem or an Axis etc and then you have to find someone that wants a "wood stock" which seem to be "less favourable".
So while someone could say the value is equal to what Tikka would want for one (less a little for being a "take off") or it might be percentage of what is otherwise available in the market, what it's really worth is what someone will pay IF they need it.
If nobody wants or needs the stock, it's worth zero.
Put it up on EE without a price - open to offers - the market will determine the value. And if you get a single offer for 50 bucks after a couple of weeks - then that's "what it's worth".
For your mounts - (and I'm just using Cabela's as an example) - Cabela's.ca has those mounts for 50 bucks (49.99) and yes you have to pay tax but they have "free shipping" enough that if you aren't in a rush you can have them "to your door" for well under 60 bucks - and those are still in the blister pack.
There "should be" some discount on a used product even if it's "like new, totally functional" - is 20 points fair? - so (again personally) if you could get those mounts "to me - so including shipping" for somewhere in the 45 buck range, "I" would consider that a deal, again, IF I needed the mounts.
