Are these older clip fed Tikkas of good quality and accuracy? What would a ballpark value be for an "as new" 22-250? This is not a heavy barrell.

I just sold a larger version.....an M65 that was probably 98%...got $750 for it.
I've had a couple M55's,..they were the best Tikka made....comparable to a Sako for sure.

There's not much coming out of a factory today, other than a Sako that would compare.

A mint Sporter or a Deluxe would be easily worth $650, like Woodbeef says.

My M658 Premium Grade 7mm Mag is about as accurate and smooth as can be had, including in most customs. A great rifle, on par with any Sako sporter ever made, blueing so deep and rich it's almost bullet proof, gorgeous rollover walnut and I wouldn't take less than about twice the price of a new T3 for it. They just don't make them like that anymore and that's a real shame.

I'd sell my Sako rifles long before my M65 / M55s...
They are awesome rifles in every respect.

The M55/65 Tikka's are excellent rifles on par with Sako's. Depending on finish, std vs dlx, Tikka vs LSA $650 would be a good starting point.
