tikka muzzle brake?

I just bought a Tikka Battue lite in .30-06 And was wondering who would be my best bet to install a muzzle brake on my rifle. I live in NL so my options are limited to nill here. Some advise would be helpful.

Why not just install a good recoil pad, e.g. Limbsaver (and preserve the hearing of the person shooting the gun and anyone else in the vicinity)?

I would not put one on personally. I just took off the break from my A-bolt
and put on the conventional recoil adapter in place. I have permanent ringing
in my left ear from 2 excited shots during hunting season. On a really short
barrel gun, that thing would be unreal. My buddy has one on a 20 in Grendel
.308 and you must have earphones on to shoot it-plugs will not even come
close to protecting your hearing-my advice-don't do it.
