2nd thread on this in 3 days. Mine did this with snap caps. Empty brass it was fine. Wont eject bass with round in the tip though (miss fires or unloading live rounds out of chamber). It doesn't let it back far enough before trying to spit it out so the bullet catches.
See if your extractor claw has a strong spring or weak, check for gritty feeling. Cleaned mine up and just gave it a few wiggles and it even ejects rounds with bullets in them now...
One person has mentioned they sent theirs in and they fixed it. I don't plan on sending mine in, we will see I have 30 days to return. Was in shop today trying to figure it out.
Contact your store you picked it up from, see how long the wait is to send it back. See if they will replace rifle maybe or give you a new bolt ?
