Tikka stock swap?

I was just wondering if it is possible to swap the stocks on my Tikkas? I have a 300winmag laminate, .22-250 boyds prairie hunter and a .308 synthetic.


I know I could just go give it a try but I'm lazy lol


I can't see why this wouldn't work, Unless I'm forgetting something very obvious....

Pretty sure it will work, keep an eye on the barrel channel, and perhaps ID the lugs as to which rifle and stock they originally came from incase it doesn't work out for you.

I switched a synthetic stock off a .204R T3 to a Tikka Laminate from a .270W without any issues. I'm suspecting I could easily switch the laminate over to my Dads' .300WSM without issue.

How you guys like the Tikka laminate? How grippy is it when wet? Thanks.

All Tikkas have the same size action and bottom metal/plastic stocks are interchangeable just have to watch barrel contour.
