Tikka T1x, ran out of elevation adjustment ??

Sighted her in at 25 yards today using CCI SV... which also happened to perform better than both Eley Target and SK Pistol. No more scope adjustment issues. Loving this rifle. I have about 200 rounds down the bore. When do you guys suggest to clean? I am leaning towards the "only when accuracy drops" school of thought.
