Looking at getting one of these as soon as they're available.
A nice alternative to a Boyds tacticool or a Manners.
And it's already all factory built.

I hope it's sub $900.....

I'm a pretty big Tikka whore but this isn't the direction I was hoping they would take when they expanded the T1x line. Personally, I was hoping for stainless and a sporter weight barrel. I really like my MTR but it's a lot heavier than it needs to be due to the weight of the barrel. And while the blueing is deep and rich, stainless would be better for weather resistance. In short, I want an all-weather, small game hunting rifle, not a PRS trainer or a bench rest gun. And, so far, I think they've catered to that style of shooter more so than the hunter with the T1x line.

I've said it on the CZ 457 threads and I'll say it here. These manufacturers should try releasing a barreled action version of the gun. Reduced materials cost, ideally they would also use smaller box packaging, should result in lower MSRP price and a strong value for all those intending to put them into a aftermarket chassis/stock.

Absolutely!

Ive got one on order now.

No idea when we will see them up here but i was going to buy a T1x and a chassis. This is a decent factory option to save a few bucks.

Im sure this stock isnt going to compare to the Bravo chassis. but on a 22 its gonna do the job im sure.
