tikka T3 .270 and Binelli Ethos 12g

Looking for a rough estimate on what people might be paying for prices on these 2 guns.
Found the ethos from dealer charging about 2600 if I recall.
And the Tikka was upwards of $800.00

I really like the ethos, but if anyone knows a good substitute for the Tikka T3 .270 and a good well priced scope.
