Good fast sights, where they need to be. They’re not made for 100m+ shots though.
Apart from that it’s just a 20" barrel T3.

you better got a battue and add the orange front and grip on the sock.

I was more interested in the short brl and sights as compared to buying a rifle and cutting brl to 20” length and adding sights in certain calibers

The battue sights are fantastic, very easy to acquire a solid sight picture.

Tikka Battue T3x Battue has 20" barrel and are excellent rifles. I currently have a T3X in 308 and previously had a T3 which I sold and ended up with sellers remorse!
