Tikka T3 bolt shroud needed...Canadian supplier???

Hey guys, I broke my plastic POS bolt shroud on my T3 stainless 30-06 at the end of last season, and haven't had a chance to replace it or sight in the gun since, and now I'm scrambling, I got out of the oil patch and got a job that has regular hours, and I plan to put in a fair bit of hunting this month hopefully. I need to replace the shroud with an aluminum one. I found one at tikkashooters.com for 50$, but the shipping for a 1 OZ part is 35$??

Anyone know a Canadian dealer I can get this part off that won't skin me alive on shipping costs? Thanks!
