The Regular HB is just as comfy...I've handled both!!
Couldnt really justify spending $500 - $600 more for basically just that feature.

Under 1000.00 for the Tikka Super Varmint in .222 at my local gun store

Which store is that? I bought mine at Gobles for around that price and then put on a nice 3.5-10x40 Leupold. Working on a handload for it now. Great shooting rifle, with a really smooth action.
