Tikka T3 Lite

I just bought one.Went in to get some archery supplies and this .223 caught my eye.I know the barrel twist is 1:8,ideal for heavier bullets,but will it shoot the 45 grainers reasonably well?If you have experience with this Tikka model,I would appreciate hearing it.

Yes, 45 and 50grs shoot very well in a 1-8" twist.

Thanks for the response CanuckHunter.First NEW gun I've bought in twenty some years and I was hoping it would be versatile.

I have shot many... and the 1:8 ROT that Sako and Tikka use is the answer for heavy bullets and they shoot the light bullets just as well... I often wonder why anyone uses the slower twist at all?
