Tikka T3 Lite

I just recently acquired this unit in .223rem and see Tikka uses a grooved receiver.
No barrel sights on this gal, so don't need to consider the flippy-flawppy Weavers.

What are you using on yers?

I plan on using a Leupold 3x9-40, 2x7-33 or this Revenge in 3x9-42.
I have a set of Weaver two piece bases for it, but not sure if this is the way to go.

I really enjoy my tikka t3 lite 243. Nice smooth action. As for rings I went with Talley rings/bases they are an all in one package. They are solid

Talley LW's. You can use the extra low and still mount a vx2 3-9x40.

i used weaver s61 as it was easy to switch optic. used with sucess a qd warne on a 695, yes i got a tikka in the past ...

Another +1 for Talleys, they lined up perfectly on my T3

I have warne and talleys, i think the warne is better since they use the tikka groove and recoil stud system. The talleys look nice. Its possible to mount them crooked in fact i think they would be crooked on the flat reciever if you didnt line them up right with the scope tube before final tightening thats what i did

MaSi QD 1-piece. Uses Tikka grooves and recoil stud system. Rock solid and returns zero every time.

Go with an EGW one piece rail.... Burris Signature Zee Rings with inserts; works for me on all my Tikkas.

Unbelievably accurate in 223, I have used mine for testing all the loads for my F-Class rifle.
And a first class Coyote rifle..

I use the warne with the recoil pin. Zero issues it's always bang on.
