ill feed a 6br through a 270 magazine in the morning if you like if no else posts. But i think it will work.

Thanks. A 260 with a VLD should be no problem

I tried my long T3 mag (from .270) in my T3 .243.
The round does not pick up because the bolt stop limits the rearward travel.
I assume your .260 is a short action version.
I wonder if you modified the bolt stop, that may work for your VLDs.

sorry forgot to mention that. yes the only differenct in all the t3's is mag, bolt face, and bolt stop. Easy to change out the bolt stop or have a it machined. Just have to take off the trigger (one allen head bolt) and then pull out the pin holding in the bolt release and don't forget to grab the spring.
