Has anyone purchased Alberta Tac's Picatinny rail for Tikka's that slide into the dovetail? Pics?? I was wondering how high it was with the 20MOA and what it sat like in the grooves. Thanks.
 
I called in and spoke with someone this afternoon. Great guy, he gave me some info. Didn't think to ask for pics. Didn't want to be a pest. I'm deciding between either ATRS or Ferrel 20MOA bases. Just don't want them to sit too high.
 
The only reason I didn't go for a Farrell base was because of the height. It's ridiculously high compared to the EGW I ended up with. If the ATRS is similar and you have a factory stock I would be prepared to build up for a proper cheek weld.
 
EGW's are ok, with a great design on the HD's, but I don't like that they're aluminum! Tightening steel to aluminum is asking for it.
