Not worried about weight..near alpha mount and rail all the way, otherwise talley lightweights.

Have you ever looked at the Near Alphamount? If I want a super high quality mount for a T-3, I won't import it from Finland, I will drive about 1/2 mile to Near. Mfg.

Kurgan, are the Masi rings really offset to the left? Would be a bit of a deal breaker for me.

Let me try this: The rings are offset 3mm to the side opposite from the bolt handle (their new QD mount is symmetrical and fits both right handed and left handed actions.) The purpose: Better clearance between the bolt handle and the ocular bell (quick second shot, gloves, etc.) and it does not ruin your cheek weld.

The manufacturer recommends zeroing the rifle so that your POI is in fact 3mm to the left (with a right handed rifle.) This way, the offset in the field is meaningless at any distance. In practice, other variables will affect the POI at longer distances well before the offset would, even if you zero the rifle "perfectly" at 100 or 150m.

As you can probably see, this mount gets my vote (I have them on three rifles now.) They are not cheap, but worth every penny.

Funny you should mention that, if they are, I never noticed!

Throw them on (2 or 3 seconds), zero, and shoot. I love them. Holds zero every time. I'm thinking of ordering another as I am interested in buying another T3 stainless lite in 6.5x55.

Warne Maxima QD rings on a Tikka Battue and fixed Warne Maxima rings on a Tikka CTR. I use Burris xtreme tactical steel bases on the Tikka's

I use extra low for a VX3 2.5-8x36mm objective, and medium worked perfectly for a Leupold VXII 3-9x50mm, so you should certainly be good to go with low, though extra low might barely work.

I use Tikka T3 Gen2 Performance Series Picatinny Rail and Warne QD rings on all my tikkas.
