No,they still have the Tik-Tac. The Tik-Tac lists for $1695,the Scout is $950.
A bit more than a name change, but they definitely made the Scout out of the Tactical.
Two studs on the forestock of the Scout vs. one on the Tactical. Something on the buttstock of the Tactical the Scout doesn't have - adjusting knob for the cheekrest? Barrel of the Scout looks shorter than that on the Tactical, unless it's just a cropped photo.

I talked to the Tikka rep at the the sportsman show. It is a short barrel based on the varmint. Not available here.
