I am thinking about replacing the stock on my T3 Varmint but I don't see a lot of options out there for this rifle. Anyone have any suggestions or favorites they'd like to share? If you've replaced the stock on your T3 Varmint, feel free to post a pic!

I've got a McMillan A5 on order for my T3 Tactical and should be shipping out within a few weeks. They bed the recoil lug into the stock. I think Manners does them as well.

I was in the process of building my own when my mill blew a bearing. Should be done in a couple of weeks. Mine will have an aluminum chasis with birdseye maple stained black.

I also have a stock on order, It is form Helmick Arm , via Gunworx in OZ.
It should be here in the next week or so.
http://www.gunworx.com.au/ you can look them over on there web site.

They seemed to be great guys to deal with, I shall let you know more when I receive the stock.

Two words:

Robertson Composite.

They make a tactical for the Tikka.

I looked at buying a Tikka ways back but the factory stock really wasn't to my liking. Robertson Composites came out with a stock for Tikka rifles a bit afterwards.

A buddy of mine had a 338LM with one of the Robertson Composite stocks (was going to order the same thing but now live in an area where I wouldn't get any real use from that cartridge). When he took the rifle parts in we were able to compare the RC stock with a Macmillian side by side. The RC stock was nicer, and less expensive. Plus you can get it customized to your preferences.

I don't own any of these stocks at this time, but if I were to want/need a new stock this would be the route I would look into.

The company you mentioned is no longer in business.

That's too bad they had some excellent products.

On an iPhone, didn't mean for the wink smilie.

There is also Roedale Precision out of germany, but they've had customer service problems in the past (not cheap either).

Laminated T3 stock

I think yodave on the EE precision rifle parts forum has a laminated BR type stock for sale for a T3. He has a stock duplicator so can probably make something as well. Give him a PM
