Tikka T3?

They are guaranteed to shoot MOA... and they do!
The T-3 is the best value in a bolt action rifle period.
They are excellent quality and tough as nails.
They are built off of a one size action blocked for different cartridge lengths. They also use a lot of synthetics to keep the costs and weight down.
Hammer forged barrels, adjustable trigger, free floated barrel and detachable mag. Well engineered and extremely user friendly... whats not to like?

Not always, BR. I have had two examples (small sample, compared to the number of excellent shooters) that would not shoot anywhere near MOA with anything that was fed them. One was a 338 Win Mag, The other a 30-06. And when push came to shove, it was not easy to get warranty satisfaction. It eventually came around, but was slow and tedious. I personally would never buy a synthetic stocked version, since I personally find them somewat ugly, but that is a personal thing. The wood stocked models are much more attractive, with less polycarbonate materials, so I might concede to own one of those. Detachable magazines on big game rifles are also not my first choice, so ASAIAC, the Tikka is down the list a bit. For those who like them, that is great! It's important to be happy with the rifles you own. Regards, Eagleye
